On January 25, Foot Locker will open the doors to the newest location on 8 Mile Road in Eastpointe, Michigan, making it the first Power Store in North America. The space, which boasts more than 8,500 square feet, offers full-family shopping with a women's shop-in-shop and a Kids Foot Locker, featuring footwear, apparel, and accessories for men, women and kids.    

Meant to serve as a hub for local sneaker culture, art, music and sports, the property features custom art from notable Detroit artist Désirée Kelly. The store also has an activation space that will host regularly-scheduled events and activations for the sneaker-obsessed.    

Consumers will have access to exclusive, city-centric products, which will be unveiled at the grand opening ahead of a series of activations for the Metro Detroit community.
